In order to support organisational development, leadership excellence, and a strong ambition around employer branding, the company is seeking a Head of Human Resources Switzerland, based in Geneva. This is an on?site leadership role and does not offer a home?office policy, reflecting the importance of proximity, visibility, and team engagement within the organisation. French, English and German fluency is required.

Our client is the Swiss entity of a leading German international group, operating in a demanding, regulated, and performance?driven environment. The Swiss organisation plays a strategic role within the Group, both operationally and culturally.
Missions
Reporting to the Swiss GM and working closely with Group HR in Germany, you act as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor to senior leadership.
Leadership & Team Management
Lead, develop and inspire a Swiss HR team of 12 professionals across multiple sites
Foster a strong culture of leadership, accountability, and HR excellence
Support and challenge managers in people leadership, performance management, and talent development
HR Strategy, Governance & Swiss Labour Law
Define and implement the Swiss HR strategy in alignment with Group objectives
Act as the subject?matter expert for Swiss labour law, ensuring full legal compliance across all HR matters
Advise management on complex employee relations issues, organisational design, and workforce planning
Employer Branding & Culture
Build and strengthen a compelling employer brand in Switzerland
Drive initiatives related to employee engagement, experience, and retention
Position HR as a key contributor to business performance, culture, and reputation
Employee Relations & International Interface
Manage employee relations in Switzerland with authority, credibility, and pragmatism
Serve as the key HR interface with German headquarters and international stakeholders
Operate effectively in a multicultural and German?speaking environment
Profil du candidat
Experience & Expertise
University degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or equivalent
10-15+ years of progressive HR experience, including a senior leadership role (HR Director / Head of HR)
In?depth, hands?on knowledge of Swiss labour and employment law is mandatory
Proven track record managing HR teams and leading change in complex organisations
Experience in international and matrix environments is a strong asset
Languages
French: fluent (working language)
German: mandatory - professional level required
English: very good command
