Morson Group invites applications for Head of HR in Barrow-in-Furness. This 24-month role requires coaching managers to build people capability, plan talent, and drive initiatives aligned to organisational objectives.

Key duties include strategic HR advice, employee relations and policy guidance, annual HR programs, resourcing coordination, legal compliance, and improving performance culture. On-site with one day remote, 37 hours weekly.
