Head of HR & Payroll Service Delivery (Hybrid)

UK SBS Ltd is seeking an experienced Head of Service Delivery - HR & Payroll to set strategic direction and drive continuous improvement across HR and payroll operations. The role covers Swindon, Newport, or Stockton-on-Tees with hybrid and flexible working options, reporting to the Service Delivery Director.

You will lead service delivery, ensure SLAs and cost targets are met, and collaborate with clients to shape offerings while maintaining strong governance and audit readiness.
