Job Title: Senior HR Manager / Head of HR
Contract: Permanent, Full Time, Hybrid.
Your RoleAs Senior HR Manager / Head of HR, you will be a key member of the management team, ensuring operational excellence and the HR strategy for all staff (150 employees).
Key Responsibilities- Manage workforce administration under NAECI agreements and blue collar legislation
- Lead both operational teams and support functions
- Design and implement communication and consultation strategies with employee representatives and unions
- Support managers in performance management, conflict resolution, and change management
- Ensure compliance of HR practices and application of company policies
- Develop continuous improvement and HR innovation initiatives
- Provide relevant HR data analysis to support decision-making
- Oversee accurate and timely payroll data submission
- Proven expertise in HR management, particularly in managing migrant workers and UK sponsorship procedures
- Strong command of NAECI agreements and blue collar legislation
- Experience in both operational and strategic roles in complex, regulated environments
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and HR project management skills
- Excellent communication, influence, and negotiation abilities
- Autonomy, organization, and initiative
- Good knowledge of labor law and ability to manage industrial relations agendas
- MCIPD qualification or equivalent
- Experience in construction, engineering, or nuclear sectors
- Residence near Bristol/HPC with weekly mobility
- Valid driving license
- Work on large scale innovative projects alongside international experts
