They broker and finance agreements - which otherwise wouldn't be made - to bring medical innovations to more people, in more countries, as quickly as possible.

This is an opportunity to join at a key point in the MedAccess journey. Reporting to the General Counsel / COO, the Head of Human Resources will lead the delivery of a best-in class HR function, combining strategic and operational responsibilities across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring HR continues to be an integral and trusted partner to the business.

The role also offers scope to shape people strategy, drive organisational development, and manage key projects including executive hiring, employee engagement, and DEI.

With a hybrid working pattern and based in central London offices, you will have a unique opportunity to have a significant impact on MedAccess' people and culture while supporting its mission to expand access to life saving healthcare worldwide.
