Job title: Head of HR
Location: Manchester • Salary: £55k - £67k • Hybrid working
This is a 6-month fixed-term contract (FTC) initially. The client will consider someone who is looking for full-time or part-time work (minimum 3 days per week).
Responsibilities- Lead and develop the People & Culture team
- Act as a trusted HR adviser to senior leaders
- Ensure compliance with UK employment law and regulatory requirements
- Drive continuous improvement across HR services and systems
- Support organisational change, workforce planning and reward
- Champion equality, diversity, inclusion and wellbeing
- CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent) and Chartered CIPD membership
- Senior HR leadership experience in a complex or regulated environment
- Strong employment law knowledge and employee relations expertise
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
- A collaborative, values-led and solution-focused approach
