ABOUT THE ROLE

What you'll be doing:
• Leading the development and delivery of housing performance frameworks and insight strategies.
• Ensuring compliance with the Regulator of Social Housing's standards, with a clear ambition to move from a C2 to a C1 grade.
• Coordinating governance arrangements through the Executive Housing Working Group and Housing Senior Leadership Team.
• Providing high-quality performance reporting and insight to Portfolio Holders, Members, and senior stakeholders.
• Championing customer-focused service design and continuous improvement.
• Managing a multidisciplinary team including resident engagement, housing IT, complaints, and data specialists.
ABOUT YOU
What we are looking for is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in housing performance, transformation, or regulatory compliance. You will possess strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. You will also have extensive experience working with tenants, councillors, regulators, and cross-functional teams as well as a passion for public service and a commitment to delivering meaningful outcomes for residents.
