Head of Health & Safety - Nuclear Construction Project

Morson Edge, on behalf of a major Energy Sector client, seeks a Head of Construction Site Health and Safety for a large nuclear new build project at Bridgwater. The role is site-based, five days a week, and inside IR35 with contract validity until December 2027.

You will lead the Health and Safety department, shape world-class site safety standards, manage external interfaces, and ensure compliance with NSL and Principal Contractor requirements.
