As Head of Growth, you will drive high-quality pipeline execution for a leading specialist agency. This hands-on role involves building strategic partnerships, running outbound campaigns, and managing marketing execution to create consistent energy and visibility. You will bridge the gap between initial conversations and signed contracts, directly influencing revenue for global retail brands.

What you will do:
- Generate a predictable flow of qualified new business opportunities through proactive networking at industry events and meetups.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with SaaS platforms and agencies to activate referral channels and co-marketing initiatives.
- Lead the end-to-end commercial process by managing outbound campaigns, shaping deals for founders, and ensuring CRM discipline across the pipeline.
The ideal candidate:
- At least 5+ years of experience in agency new business or commercial growth roles specifically within the digital marketing or eCommerce sectors.
- Proven track record of generating outbound leads and comfortably engaging with CMOs and Founders of high-growth retail brands.
- Strong commercial understanding of how organic search, paid media, and digital PR intersect to drive holistic growth for online businesses.
