We've built a brand people love and a community that's scaling fast. Now we're hiring our first Head of Growth to take things to the next level - shifting from instinct-led growth to a sharp, data-driven strategy that drives performance, loyalty and serious scale.
Why this Role- You'll own customer acquisition with full accountability and a big budget, taking Simmer from the 5th fastest growing business to the fastest growing in 2026.
- You'll build and lead a small but powerful growth team across paid, partnerships, influencer, referral, and more.
- You'll work directly with the founders and have a real seat at the table. This role has the potential to grow into a C-suite position for the right person.

- Lead Customer Acquisition & Growth Strategy
- Own the top-of-funnel growth plan across all acquisition channels - paid social, search, influencer, affiliate, referral and partnerships.
- You'll focus on driving high-quality traffic and new customer volume at efficient CAC.
- Own the DTC Growth P&L
- Take full accountability for the DTC growth P&L, including new customer revenue, acquisition costs, payback periods and contribution margin.
- You'll partner closely with the Simmer Leadership Team to ensure growth is fast, sustainable and margin-aware.
- Build and Scale a High-Impact Growth Engine
- Design and manage a performance-focused, test-and-learn ecosystem that can scale quickly.
- You'll identify where to invest, what to optimise, and how to build a reliable, repeatable growth model in partnership with Ecommerce and Creative.
- Manage and Develop a Cross-Channel Growth Team
- Lead and grow a small but talented team, driving high performance and a winning mentality.
- Deliver Strategic Insight & Marketing Performance Reporting
- Own top-of-funnel growth reporting - clear visibility on what's working, what's not, and where to go next. Share insights weekly and monthly with the Director of E-Commerce and broader leadership team to inform planning and decision-making.
- Execute Cross-Functional Campaigns That Scale
- Collaborate with the Director of E-Commerce, Creative and Founders to ensure campaigns land with impact. You'll focus on scaling customer acquisition while ensuring consistency across messaging, product, and CX.
- A data-driven growth marketer with 5+ years scaling DTC brands through performance and growth marketing.
- Proven experience managing large budgets, across multiple channels - ideally in food, FMCG or subscription-based ecommerce.
- Hands-on with performance platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Affiliate), and understands what great creative looks like.
- Obsessed with results - you care about CAC, LTV, A/B tests, landing page performance, and spend-to-revenue efficiency.
- You're a builder, not just an optimiser - you love designing new acquisition flows, not just tweaking existing ones.
- Self-led and comfortable with big targets and fast timelines, you take ownership and deliver.
