We partner with some of London's most exciting scaleups businesses-including Butternut Box, InPost, Trumpet, and FYXER. Now, we're hiring a Head of Growth to take our growth to the next level-building and running your own GTM machine.
The RoleWe are seeking a dynamic Head of Growth and Marketing to elevate our growth efforts. This position is critical as we transition from the startup phase, requiring a senior professional who can cohesively manage ongoing processes and activities. You will have the opportunity to shape the growth engine for a fast paced company, targeting London's premier scaleups seeking new headquarters and a workspace partner. This involves engaging with key leaders like Founders, Chiefs of Staff, Heads of People, CFOs, and COOs.
Reporting to the Founders, you will oversee the entire GTM strategy-from creation to execution and outcomes. This includes generating a robust pipeline, running diverse campaigns, and focusing on measuring, optimising, and driving revenue focused activities. This is a career defining role with a trajectory towards senior leadership as we scale.
What You'll Do- Pipeline Management: Lead the GTM efforts to drive demand across all channels and develop our MQL pipeline from strategy through execution and results.
- Campaigns:
- Outbound: Design and implement targeted outbound campaigns, ensuring our sales team has high quality leads. Familiarity with tools like Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Nooks, and HubSpot is crucial.
- Inbound: Develop and manage inbound campaigns with high value content, collaborating with freelancers and utilising insights from paid media experts.
- Database Management: Oversee and segment our prospect database with tools like HubSpot/Clay, leveraging AI driven workflows to mature leads for sales readiness.
- Optimisation: Continuously optimise campaigns and workflows using data metrics to maximise their impact.
- Sales Enablement & RevOps:
- Drive growth initiatives to promote repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain CRM data integrity and implement AI enhanced workflows to personalise outreach and automate lower value tasks.
- Own outbound data and list building. Source, clean and maintain phone numbers and verified email addresses, and create targeted call and email lists for the sales team.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand needs and create effective frameworks and tools for deal success.
- Content Strategy:
- Develop strategies to drive pipeline growth with an Account Based Marketing (ABM) approach, executed across various channels in collaboration with a content specialist.
- Work to boost our market influence and visibility through engaging PR and SEO initiatives.
- Transform our strong client recommendation rate into compelling sales narratives, case studies, and testimonials.
- Proactive and self driven, with a strong sense of ownership for your KPIs and overall outcomes.
- Metrics obsessed, leveraging data to drive decisions and improvements.
- Detail oriented and committed to delivering polished, premium content and strategies.
- Comfortable with automation and scalability, utilising AI tools to enhance productivity.
- Brand literate, with the ability to create memorable and impactful brand experiences.
- Experienced in both strategic planning and hands on execution in B2B, working effectively across different areas of growth and marketing.
- Salary: £60,000 to £72,000 DOE
