Role Overview:

TheHead of Group Marketing is a senior leadership role responsible for designing and executing a cohesive, data-driven global marketing strategy aligned with the group's commercial objectives. This role focuses on driving customer acquisition and retention across B2B and B2C markets, elevating brand presence globally and within specific service lines, and ensuring seamless integration between marketing and sales strategies.

This role can be based out of any of our main office locations - Reigate, UK, Fort Lauderdale, USA or Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a unified marketing strategy in collaboration with divisional heads, aligned with sales planning and go-to-market activities.
  • Foster strong alignment between marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation, customer journey mapping, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention using digital, relationship, and lifecycle marketing methods.
  • Raise both global brand awareness and the distinct market positioning of each service division (Leasing, Charter, and Consulting/Advisory).
  • Manage brand positioning, PR, thought leadership, and executive visibility to drive influence and market credibility.
  • Leverage data, analytics, CRM, and automation tools to drive insight-led decision-making and measurable ROI.
  • Oversee campaign delivery across channels, tailoring content to specific audience needs and market segments.
  • Lead, develop, and manage a high-performing global marketing team and agency partnerships.
  • Maintain and optimize marketing systems and platforms to support segmentation, performance tracking, and reporting.
  • Own the marketing budget and performance KPIs to ensure resources are focused on high-impact initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent qualification.
  • Relevant experience in a senior marketing leadership role, ideally within aviation, transportation, or B2B/B2C services across international businesses
  • Proven success in strategic marketing, brand development, and integrating marketing with sales operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance global brand strategy with local market execution.
  • Skilled in managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships and external agencies.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in using data and analytics to inform strategy and performance.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Sugar), HubSpot, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation tools.
