Head of Grocery & High Street Growth - Hybrid Leadership

Grenade UK Ltd. is seeking a Head of Grocery & High Street to own the commercial strategy and delivery across UK Grocery & High Street accounts.

You will drive revenue and margin growth through distribution and in-store excellence, while leading a high performing sales team and building long-term customer partnerships. The ideal candidate has extensive FMCG experience, proven P&L leadership across multiple retail accounts, and strong negotiation and category management skills.
