Job Description
Head of Governance & Reporting (GISO) - London 
Full time, permanent role. Hybrid working with 1-2 days in office per week. Competitive salary plus benefits package. 35 hour work week.

Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and delivery of the governance framework, policies and processes across Information Security.
- Ensure governance is clear, understood and consistently applied across global teams.
- Oversee senior level reporting, including board and regulatory reporting, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness.
- Build dashboards and insights that help leaders understand performance and risk.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and present meaningful information.
- Support governance forums and committees - prepare agendas, papers and meeting minutes.
- Manage action tracking to ensure key decisions are followed through.
- Work with risk and audit teams to align governance with wider risk management practices.
- Act as a key contact for governance queries from stakeholders across the business.
- Identify opportunities to simplify and improve governance and reporting processes.
- Proven leadership experience in governance, risk, compliance or related area.
- Experience in large, global organisations with complex structures.
- Strong understanding of governance frameworks, risk management and reporting.
- Ability to explain complex topics in a clear and simple way.
- Excellent stakeholder, communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g. CISA, CISM, CGEIT, ITIL).
- Experience with governance or reporting tools.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practice in information security.
