Job Description

As a member of CIO CIB Global Markets, you are part of the Business Support team. In this team, we work to oversee the governance and support of policies regarding Run and change management within the entire IT GMR department.

On a daily basis, your tasks are:

• Supervise the implementation of the IT Run Framework, Change and Release Management for the entire GMR IT department (platforms included);
• Define and supervise governance between the BSM Support teams and the Change IT GMR teams (CAB, prioritization of Run in sprints etc.);
• Implement and deploy the strategy to improve the effectiveness of support and industrialization of Run practices;
• Establish relations between IT GMR BSM and the RCT team (Control Tower) IT CIB;
• Supervise the return of indicators from the Run to the business;
• Make the business aware of the quality of its production and integrate it into the governance of the Run.

The technical stack used is as follows: ITIL.

Our work methodology is Agile and you are integrated into our Governance & Policy Run community.

The job is based in Paris and with us it's 10 days of teleworking per month, 15 to 17 days of RTT per year, on-site services such as catering, gym or corporate concierge. Our remuneration is composed of a fixed amount, an annual bonus and a corporate savings scheme including profit sharing, participation and bonus payments.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

With a higher education, you have solid experience in functional IT support functions and running management with a trade of the CIB.

You are proficient in:

• ITIL methodologies;
• Functional understanding of the business and its processes.

You are:

• Strong communication skills, commitment and transparency;
• Competent in support and run practices, and expert in user relationships.

You master English with a C1 level.
