Head of Global Event Workforce

World Rugby in London seeks a Head of Workforce to lead workforce planning, operations and policy development for major international events. The role covers tournament-time staffing, volunteer programmes and cross functional HR collaboration with P&C.

You will manage local and central teams, drive tools and processes, and ensure high standards of deployment, training and governance. Hybrid working applies in London and Dublin offices.
