Job Description

Job Purpose:

To manage the Financial Planning Administration teams across all Financial Planning divisional locations.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • To be responsible for the Financial Planning administration teams.
  • Encourage and drive efficiencies within the Administration teams.
  • To take responsibility for the Financial Planning systems and controls.
  • Provide supervision to Financial Planning Administration Managers, Team Leaders and PA roles in the performance of their duties.
  • To provide the Financial Planning revenue collation and produce monthly reporting.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Strong organisational skills that reflect an ability to perform and prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly and with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point).
  • Proficient in IO (Figaro & WDX).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across the business.
  • Expert written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
  • A highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to be effective independently and to work under pressure.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion; be adaptable to various competing demands.
  • A high performer who achieves goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with constantly shifting priorities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Educated to A-Levels (or equivalent) with GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
  • Experience in managing, encouraging and motivating staff.
