Head of Finance & Financial Systems (Remote)

Essex County Council seeks a Head of Finance - Transactional Services and Systems in Chelmsford. This permanent, full-time role leads Payments, Income, Banking, Reporting & Compliance and Adult Social Care financial assessment strategy.

You will drive end-to-end processes, digital transformation, and performance data, managing a large team and shaping the Social Care Platform Programme. Strong public sector governance and Cabinet collaboration are essential.
