Head of Finance and Administration - Hydro Project

We are looking for a Head of Finance and Hydro Project (%).Your Mission Your main task is to ensure the coordinated and efficient management of all financial and operational activities of the project. This includes finance, controlling, grants, contract and insurance management, as well as support in energy, risk topics, and ensuring impeccable governance, efficiency, and compliance with processes. Additionally, you will support the technical project manager with questions and business-related aspects. Profile Master's degree in economics or business administration or equivalent education At least 5-7 years of experience in leading cross-functional projects Proven experience in managing complex projects Project management certification PMP / PRINCE2 / IPMA (advantageous) Excellent financial, legal, and contractual knowledge Mastery of risk and quality management Experience in X project management processes Proficient in budgeting and planning tools (SAP-SAC is an advantage) Very good negotiation skills Strong organizational and planning skills (proactivity, foresight) Perseverance, reliability, and flexibility High analytical competence and adherence to deadlines Ability to work independently as well as in X Native French speaker with good German skills (level B1) Why work at X?
