Are you a seasoned finance leader ready to take on a high-impact role in a fast-scaling, purpose-driven business?

We're working with a rapidly growing multi-site wellness company, headquartered in Amsterdam and operating across several major European cities. As the business enters a pivotal stage of growth, they are looking to appoint a Head of Finance to lead the finance function, drive performance, and build a best-in-class team beneath them.

As Head of Finance, you'll be a key strategic partner to the CEO and wider leadership team, with full responsibility for shaping and scaling the finance function.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Owning all financial operations across the group, including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Building and leading a high-performing finance team to support the company's scale-up journey
• Providing strategic insights and commercial analysis to inform growth and investment decisions
• Driving financial controls, processes, and systems across a growing multi-entity structure
• Managing relationships with external advisors, banks, and investors
• Supporting expansion into new markets and new revenue streams

About You

• A qualified finance professional (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, CPA, RA or equivalent)
• Proven experience in a fast-paced, scaling business, ideally multi-site or consumer-facing
• Strong understanding of international finance operations and consolidation
• Demonstrated success in building and leading finance teams
• Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable balancing strategic thinking with operational delivery
• Experience in PE-backed or high-growth environments is a strong advantage
