This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role. You will play a key part in shaping the future of the department, managing a small but talented team, and driving continued growth.The Role:

• Manage a varied caseload of private family matters, including divorce, financial remedy, and children work
• Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of fee earners
• Take a proactive role in marketing and business development initiatives
• Drive the strategic expansion and development of the Family department
• Work closely with senior leadership to enhance the firm's reputation and client offering

The Candidate:

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in Family Law
• Strong technical expertise across private family matters
• Previous supervisory experience or a clear desire to step into management
• Commercially minded with a passion for business development
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
