Prudential Ireland is building an internal consulting engine focused on customer journeys, experience design, and strategic transformation. We are seeking a skilled journey designer who can map end-to-end experiences, translate insights into actionable strategies, and lead cross-functional teams.

You will mentor researchers and strategists, run workshops with business and tech partners, and shape future-state roadmaps while maintaining a customer-centric, data-driven approach.
