Teads is looking for a Head of Enterprise Solutions based in Paris to build strong partnerships with our agencies and collaborate closely with our internal commercial teams to ensure that our clients maximize the value of our full-funnel, omnichannel advertising platform and ensuring long-term success.

What will you do?

Your role will be to support clients in leveraging the platform effectively, driving adoption, and ensuring long-term success. You will play a critical role in onboarding new clients, facilitating training and certifications, and building a community of engaged platform users. Your goal is to ensure long-term client success by providing strategic guidance, enabling platform adoption, and creating engagement opportunities through events and education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Become the commercial lead for Teads AdManager (TAM) platform in France & Belgium.
  • Work closely with the Managing Director and Sales Director to establish a strategy to grow the platform adoption in France & Belgium and follow through the execution of the action plan.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to unlock new business at Brand Directs, Agency Holding Companies and Independent agencies. Work cross functionally with the AM team post-sale to guide successful client onboarding on the Teads Ad Manager platform.
  • Become proficient in the entire Teads product suite with a key focus on Teads Ad Manager (Enterprise Solutions), be able to present the key benefits and differentiators of the platform to key agency partners.
  • Manage relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, challenges and tailoring initiatives to ensure success. Develop long-term relationships with decision-makers at current and prospective clients. Work with agency traders to understand platform usage and obtain product feedback.
  • Manage and promote the TAM agency certification programs to enhance platform expertise among users, increasing adoption and retention. Run internal training sessions for local commercial teams.
  • Drive adoption of strategic new features by supporting the local roll-out of new product releases, both internally and externally, to maximize impact. Work with the global product team and share customer insights to shape the development of the platform.
  • Run strategic business and product analysis in order to identify new opportunities, improve business processes, customize global initiatives to local market needs and specificities. Establish locally relevant initiatives across the region based on the strategic priorities and growth opportunities.
What will you bring to the team?
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year university; MBA or other advanced degree a plus.
  • Prior digital media and programmatic advertising experience and a strong technical understanding of the digital advertising landscape.
  • Strong background working with Agency Holding Companies, Brands, and Independent agencies.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, presentation and project management skills, high proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing strategic support with hands-on execution.
  • Experience with other DSPs or social media platforms and ability to navigate various digital platforms and processes.
  • Self-starter & quick learner, an ultimate team player.
  • Creative thinker and always looking for new ways to achieve aims.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
