Reporting to the Global Head of Internal Audit, SoftwareOne is seeking a Head of Enterprise Risk Management toestablishand develop our global ERM capability. Thisindividual contributorrole will partner closely with executive leadership, senior management,cross-functionalteams,and Board-level stakeholders to embed a pragmatic, business-focused risk management framework across the organization.You will have the opportunity toidentify, assess, and mitigate risks across complex global operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and buildingand maturingrobust risk frameworks that protect organizational assets while enablingdata-drivendecision making that supports sustainable growth and value creation.

TheRole:

• Design and implement SoftwareOne's global ERM framework , including risk appetite, KRIs, and governance structures, aligned with COSO ERM and ISO 31000

• Lead enterprise wide risk identification, assessment, and maintenance of the risk register while continuouslymonitoringexternal regulatory, cybersecurity, and geopolitical risks

• Partner with executive leadership to embed risk considerations into strategic planning, M&A, and operational decisions, and deliver insight driven reporting to Board level committees

• Drive a strong risk culture through awareness, training, and integration across global functions, collaborating closely with Internal Audit, Compliance, InfoSec, Legal, and Finance, and other key stakeholders

• Strengthen organizational resilience by coordinating crisis management and business continuity planning

• Provideforward looking risk insights that support proactive decision making and enhance enterprise wide governance

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or risk management; advanced degree or certifications (CRMA, CIA, CISA, FRM) advantageous

• Extensive experience inenterprise risk management, internal audit, or governance roles within technology or consulting organizations

• Strong understanding of ERM frameworks (COSO ERM, ISO 31000), risk appetite frameworks, scenario analysis, and KRIs

• Proven experience implementing ERM frameworks in complex, international organizations

• Excellent stakeholder engagement skillsand communication skillswith ability to influence senior leadershipand present to executives and Board-level audiences

• Strategic and pragmatic approach suited to building governance capabilities
