Head of Engineering - Scale a Unified Tech Org (Hybrid)

American Society of Civil Engineers is seeking a Head of Engineering for a large B2C operation in Birmingham/Nottingham, hybrid. This is a rare chance to shape a multi team engineering function by unifying Cloud Platforms, Frontend, SaaS Platforms and Backend Engineering under one leadership.

You will manage 60-70 engineers, bring three tech cultures together, embed DevOps and AI-informed delivery, and work closely with Product, AI and Data leaders to align capacity and strategy from day one.
