TSR Legal in Cardiff is seeking a Head of Employment / Partner to join the national employment team. You will provide high-quality legal advice and representation to clients on a range of employment matters, and play a key role in expanding the employment team in Cardiff.

The role requires a qualified solicitor with substantial employment law experience (7+ years PQE), strong knowledge of UK employment law, and a proven track record in complex cases.
