We have an opportunity for an aspiring eCommerce Manager to step into a Head of eCommerce role for a rapidly growing online retailer in the hair and beauty space. The company offers a wide range of products in a niche market, it has gained an impressive social following and a dedicated customer base. From their success, they have built an established marketing, CRM and content team and are looking for a further key leader to join the business.

Responsibilities

As the Head of eCommerce you will be responsible for the overall strategy and performance of the e-commerce business. This includes driving sales, increasing customer engagement, and optimising the website and marketing campaigns. This role offers real career growth potential as the company and teams are scaling, giving the opportunity to take on further leadership responsibilities as the business expands.

Qualifications

• Experienced eCommerce Manager that has worked with exciting fast paced brands and is looking to take on more responsibility and join a scaling online retail business.
• Proven ability to develop and execute e-commerce strategies that have produced amazing results. Able to talk through the journey, the successes, failures and where and how you had to optimise things on your way!
• Proven revenue growth by driving sales with proven strategies.
• Experience creating new customer propositions using connected content strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty.
• Hands on experience digging into data to set strategies for optimising websites and marketing campaigns.
• Extensive knowledge of eCommerce software platforms such as Shopify.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills and the ability to work cross functionally with other departments.
