Are you a Head of Digital looking for your next B2C opportunity? Lloyd Recruitment Services is partnering with a long-standing client to recruit a Head of Digital Marketing - B2C. This newly created role has been established to lead the digital marketing strategy, drive growth, and deliver best-in-class customer experiences across multiple channels.

About the Head of Digital Marketing Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to own and shape the digital marketing strategy for a high-profile B2C organisation. You'll lead a small team, oversee performance analytics, and deliver data-driven initiatives across websites, apps, email, social, and paid channels.

The role is open to candidates from a range of B2C sectors, including travel, insurance, retail, or financial services, with proven experience in digital leadership and transformation.

Head of Digital Marketing Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute the end-to-end digital marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing digital team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee and optimise all digital channels, including websites, apps, CRM, email, social, and paid campaigns.
  • Use data and analytics to measure performance, maximise ROI, and inform strategy.
  • Champion personalisation, automation, and AI-driven initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
  • Manage budgets, agency relationships, and technology partners to deliver high-quality campaigns efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, PECR, and other digital regulations.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver a cohesive, commercially focused marketing roadmap.
About You:
  • Proven experience in a senior B2C digital marketing role, leading strategy and execution.
  • Track record of delivering successful digital campaigns and transformation projects.
  • Expertise across SEO, PPC, CRO, content, social, and email marketing.
  • Strong data and analytics skills, including GA4, SEMRush, and dashboards.
  • Experience managing Optimizely / EPiServer or equivalent CMS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of UX, A/B testing, and optimisation.
  • Experienced in leveraging AI and personalisation to improve engagement and performance.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
