My client is a fast-growing D2C brand looking for a strategic, results-driven Head of Digital Marketing to lead acquisition, retention, and brand growth across all digital channels.
Salary - Up to £70,000
Location - Nottingham (hybrid)
The Role
You'll own the end-to-end digital strategy, blending creative brand-building with performance marketing to scale revenue and customer lifetime value. This is a leadership role with hands-on execution in a high-growth, data-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies (paid media, SEO, CRM, and CRO).
- Manage budgets, track ROI, and optimise campaigns for growth and efficiency.
- Oversee lifecycle marketing to drive retention.
- Collaborate with the creative team to deliver compelling campaigns.
- Monitor analytics, report on performance, and identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- 7+ years' digital marketing experience (1+ in senior leadership) within D2C/eCommerce.
- Proven record scaling acquisition and retention for consumer brands.
- Strong paid media expertise and analytical skills.
- Strong budget management skills with the ability to balance quick wins and sustainable growth
