Head of Customer Service & Service Delivery

Littlefish is seeking a Customer Service Manager in the UK/Ireland with a strong leadership background to oversee a team of Support Consultants and Engineers. You will ensure exceptional customer experiences, manage service delivery, and act as a key escalation point across projects.
