Head of Customer Care - New Build Defects

Clarion Housing Group's Latimer division seeks a Head of Customer Care (New Build Defects) to lead defect management teams and uphold gold-standard customer service.

You will set the tone for outstanding service, drive high performance and own customer outcomes through strong people leadership and cross department collaboration.

Work with the Head of Home Experience, Delivery teams and contractors to ensure defects are resolved within SLA and contract requirements, while enhancing resident trust.
