Head of Critical Systems & Technical Services

Mitie is seeking a Head of Technical Services (Critical Systems) to lead the technical authority for the NESO contract, ensuring safe, compliant and resilient operation of critical engineering environments across sites in Wokingham and Reading, with potential national scope.

Based on-site, you will oversee maintenance strategies, drive improvements, mentor engineers and engage with senior stakeholders to balance uptime and risk while sustaining high standards of governance and safety.
