Job DescriptionIf you are a dynamic leader with a passion for conveyancing and a drive to make a difference, this could be the role for you.We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our growing team of 120+ conveyancing professionals in the heart of Manchester.The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations of our conveyancing team, ensuring exceptional service delivery, driving business growth, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.Key responsibilities for the Head of Conveyancing (Manchester)

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of conveyancing professionals to achieve performance targets and deliver outstanding service to clients
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the conveyancing centre, including workload management, resource allocation and process optimisation
• Ensure a consistent approach in process across all teams in line with agreed company structure and strategy
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the conveyancing team
• Prepare regular reports on team performance, operational metrics, and key business insights for senior management.

Experience required for being Head of Conveyancing (Manchester)

• Proven track record of leadership and management experience in a conveyancing or legal environment
• Strong understanding of conveyancing processes, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Ability to inspire and motivate a team to fulfil their potential to deliver results with a focus on delivering exceptional service to clients
