A specialist branding, content, and production agency, known for helping high-growth startups position themselves effectively for capital raising and funding, is seeking a strategic and creative Head of Content, Branding, and Operations. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional with a passion for building narratives and storytelling that capture investor interest and drive early-stage companies towards capital raising success.
About the Role:This leadership role sits at the intersection of branding, storytelling, and strategic delivery. The successful candidate will lead client-facing content, branding, and campaign execution, ensuring that every startup supported by the agency is investor-ready from a narrative, visual, and strategic perspective.
They will be responsible for overseeing and shaping messaging, creative direction, and branding assets for a portfolio of ambitious startups and scale-ups, many operating in AI-heavy environments. With a strong emphasis on VC positioning and investor targeting, this person will ensure all client output-decks, messaging, campaigns, and pitch materials-meets the high standards expected by capital partners and institutional backers.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead branding and content strategy for startups preparing for funding rounds or scaling.
- Provide expert guidance on messaging frameworks, pitch decks, core narratives, and go-to-market positioning.
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality creative content across email campaigns, scripts, brand decks, briefs, and more.
- Guide early-stage companies in developing cohesive and compelling investor narratives.
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional creative output, ensuring timely, on-brand delivery.
- Advise on marketing materials that resonate with VCs and angel investors.
- Utilize advanced AI tools and automation platforms as part of daily creative and strategic processes.
- Act as a senior point of contact for clients, overseeing campaign execution and content delivery.
- Maintain a strong understanding of what makes a business investable, from brand identity to market opportunity narratives.
- Proven background in branding, content strategy, and creative leadership, ideally within a fast-paced agency setting or marketing services setup.
- Extensive experience working with startups and scale-ups, especially in investor-targeted positioning and go-to-market planning.
- Deep understanding of structuring narratives that attract capital, whether for pre-seed or Series A funding rounds.
- Demonstrated ability to manage full-scale branding and messaging campaigns, including pitch decks and investor communications.
- Daily use and expertise in AI tools, platforms, and automated creative workflows.
- Strong client management experience, with a track record of delivering strategic, high-quality outputs under pressure.
- A strategic thinker with hands-on creative flair.
- A clear communicator who can guide founders in crafting powerful, clear, and consistent brand stories.
- Highly organized and outcome-driven, especially when outcomes include securing funding or launching brands.
