Head of Content

We're looking for a Head of Content to lead the content team at one of our clients in Brussels.

What are your responsibilities?

• Define and implement a multi-channel content strategy aligned with business and digital goals
• Use analytics, SEO data, and customer insights to continuously optimize content and drive measurable impact
• Manage and mentor a team of content and digital experts (copywriters, SEO specialists, etc.)
• Ensure content is aligned with brand tone, consistent across platforms, and optimized for web & mobile
• Set and monitor KPIs for engagement, conversion, and traffic, using A/B testing and experimentation to improve results
• Collaborate with stakeholders in product, marketing, UX, and development to enhance customer journeys
• Explore and implement new content formats and innovative storytelling techniques

Who are we looking for?

• 5+ years of experience in digital content strategy, performance marketing, or content leadership
• Strong track record of building and executing content plans that deliver measurable results
• Experience working in complex or large-scale environments
• Fluency in Dutch or French, and a strong command of English
• Proficiency with headless CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful, Sanity), SEO tools (SEMrush, AHREFS), and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, using tools like Jira, Miro, and Confluence
• Excellent communication, team leadership, and stakeholder management skills

NB: This is not a consultancy position; you will be on the client's payroll.
