Head of Compliance & Regulatory Strategy

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) in Cardiff is hiring a Head of Compliance for a hybrid, senior leadership role. You will partner with the Executive Team, Board and regulators to shape strategy, govern risk and drive compliant customer outcomes.

Reporting to the Chief Risk Officer, you'll lead the second-line Compliance function, own the annual Assurance Plan and steer regulatory change programmes, with potential progression to an SMF16 position.
