This challenge is perfect for you if

• Strong experience in financial services compliance (covering AML, KYC, sanctions, conduct, duty of care, and data protection).
• Ability to design and test controls, lead thematic reviews, and independently monitor effectiveness of transaction monitoring, alert handling, and investigations.
• Skilled in engaging with regulators and external partners - confident, clear, and timely in communication.
• Pragmatic mindset: able to balance regulatory obligations with customer-centric, frictionless product design.
• Proven ability to guide teams with clarity and courage, ensuring first-time-right execution.
