JOB PURPOSE & MAIN TASKS

Based in our Paris HQ, the Head of Compensation & Benefit leads Total Reward globally for the Maison, is the HR Systems reference, and manages the payroll team.

The role reports to the Global HRD of GUERLAIN.

Job responsibilities

This includes, in collaboration with the Beauty division & the Group:

  • Managing the reward policy for all employees
  • Overseeing the Individual Compensation Review (ICR) Campaign, from data preparation to payroll implementation, in partnership with HRBPs and regions
  • Managing job positioning using MERCER and relevant benchmarks
  • Communicating the total reward strategy (BSI) effectively
  • Reviewing and designing bonus plans and sales incentives when needed
  • Managing expat contracts in close collaboration
  • Handling benefits such as Profit Sharing, Healthcare, Life insurance, and retirement plans
  • Providing ad hoc analysis and reports in collaboration with the Head of social controlling for legal or LVMH requests
  • Ensuring compliance with EU transparency laws
  • Co-managing equity grants and LTI for senior executives with the global HRD
  • Managing BDES and GDPR compliance
  • Leading the payroll team and supervising an intern
  • Proficiency in English is required

The Head of C&B should possess strong interpersonal skills, initiative, independent judgment, and excellent analytical, organizational, and synthesis skills. They will work closely with managers, HR Controlling, and HR teams, and participate actively in the C&B community at division and group levels.
