Reporting to the Corporate Director, you will be responsible for driving innovation, embedding integrated commissioning, and ensuring high-quality, person-centred services that improve outcomes for residents.Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic commissioning function for adult social care and wellbeing.
• Oversee the full commissioning cycle: needs assessment, service redesign, procurement, and quality assurance.
• Manage budgets, ensuring value for money and social impact.
• Develop strong partnerships across Greater Manchester and the North West.
• Champion equality, diversity, and inclusion across all commissioning activity.
• Provide leadership to the commissioning team, driving a culture of improvement.
