Head of Commercial: Strategic FM & Government Contracts

Equans UK & Ireland seeks a Head of Commercial to provide strategic leadership across a portfolio of complex FM services and government-facing contracts. The role requires travel across the UK, delivering commercial strategy, risk management, and post-contract governance.

Reporting to the Business Unit Director, the post holder will drive profitability, secure approvals for bids, and lead negotiations with suppliers and clients, ensuring effective contract administration and risk control.
