Job Description
Head of Climate Change Circa £110,000 dependent on skills and experience Permanent, full time (37 hours) with flexibility for part time working Peterborough / Anglian Water region - hybrid role As a senior leader within the Sustainability Directorate, the Head of Climate Change will lead the organisation's strategic response to climate change. This role ensures long-term resilience, regulatory compliance, and credible progress on climate adaptation, decarbonisation, and energy management.In this role, you will provide expert leadership on climate risk, Net Zero delivery, and energy strategy, embedding climate responsibility across the organisation and supporting evidence-based investment and operational decisions that protect customers, the environment, and organisational assets. As part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) within the business unit, and as part of the wider company SLT, you will inspire and empower teams to perform at their full potential, driving strong business performance whilst influencing the policy landscape to drive significant benefits for the region we serve.
