Job Description

Baltimore Consulting is partnering with Cornwall Council to appoint a strategic Head of Children and Family Services (MASSH) in hybrid UK working arrangements.

You will lead a broad portfolio including Safeguarding, Family Help, Early Intervention and Statutory Children's Services, directing a large multidisciplinary workforce and a delegated budget of £5m-£8m while driving service improvement and system-wide transformation.
