Head of Capital Modelling - Strategic Risk Leader

Lloyd's in London is recruiting a Head of Capital Modelling on a fixed-term contract of 12 months to cover maternity leave. You will lead the Lloyd's Internal Model (LIM), oversee regulatory capital calculations and shape the next generation of capital insight across the market.

Reporting to the CRO, you'll manage a team of 3 direct and 18 indirect reports, engage with regulators and senior stakeholders, and drive significant change while ensuring Solvency II and UK GAAP compliance.
