Head of Benefit Operations (Hybrid, 12 Month Contract)

Kota is hiring a BenOps Manager to lead a four-person team in a hybrid Dublin/London setup. You will shape processes, drive automation, and own complex provider and customer issues, with high visibility to the COO and leadership.

The role focuses on strategy, team development, and practical execution to improve BenOps performance over a 12-month term. You will collaborate across product, engineering, integrations, and customer success to redesign workflows, manage escalations, and deliver
