Head of AI Driven Product & Tech Delivery

Kaluza is seeking a Director of Product & Tech Delivery to own the end to end delivery across the Product & Tech organisation. The role requires leading multiple streams, aligning roadmaps with client requirements, and driving a scalable delivery framework in a hybrid UK setting (Bristol or London).

You will report to the VP Product & Tech Operations, line-manage Heads and Group Delivery Managers, and champion AI native practices while building a high performing delivery community.
