Head Chef: Lead a 14-strong, high-volume kitchen

Gather and Gather is recruiting a Head Chef at Oxford Brookes University to lead day-to-day kitchen operations, ensure top food quality and service, and deliver exceptional hospitality across retail and campus outlets.

You will manage a large team, develop seasonal menus with the Executive Chef, control costs, uphold food safety standards, and drive recruiting, training, and performance. Experience in high-volume contract catering is essential.
