Leading by example, you'll oversee daily operations with precision- from managing stock and controlling costs to mentoring your team.

You'll work hand-in-hand with the GM to ensure every plate leaves the kitchen with pride, consistency, and that signature "Hospitality Magic."

• Proven Leadership: Solid experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous in a fast-paced environment.
• Operational Mastery: Expert knowledge of kitchen finance (P&L, stock, waste) and safety/HACCP compliance.
