The Role

You are the heartbeat of the restaurant's success. Leading by example, you'll oversee daily operations with precision-from managing stock and controlling costs to mentoring your team. You'll work hand-in-hand with the GM to ensure every plate leaves the kitchen with pride, consistency, and that signature Hospitality Magic.

• Proven Leadership: Solid experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous in a fast-paced environment.
