The Opportunity: Elevate the food offering at a boutique Private Members Club in the heart of Mayfair. Leading a close-knit brigade of four, you will take full culinary ownership to revamp the menus and establish a refined, premium dining experience across the club's dining room, exclusive banqueting, and high-profile weddings.

Requirements

• Background: A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef within a similar private members club, boutique hotel, or premium restaurant environment.
• Leadership: A hands on leader capable of inspiring a small team of four and managing diverse service styles from à la carte to bespoke banqueting.
