Head Chef - On-site Leader, Contract Catering (Military)

Compass Group UK&I is recruiting a Head Chef for Cawdor Barracks to lead a kitchen serving up to 60 Service Personnel. You will be hands-on, accountable for food quality, safety and service, and manage a team of six to uphold high standards in a military setting.

The role requires experience as Head Chef or Senior Chef, strong leadership, stock management and a calm, organised approach. Full-time, on-site with shifts across 6.30am-8pm, 5 days per week.
